Here is an interesting one, the clear spot on the front almost looks like super glue coating it and the back I don't have a clue. I have noticed a few pennies lately that have a wierd spot on them that appears to be glue or ??
I actually think I know exactly how this cent came about, they did it a lot to indian cents, it was a cheap method of making a neat clip on piece that attatched to your shirt, or anything else you could think of, I've seen two differant ways they have made these, soder, and glue, the glue yours has on it resembles what I have seen on a lot of indian cents, after they have been pulled off of these little clips.
