1998 d penny error?

There is a o or d shape on lincolns neck.. normal or error? Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately not an error, it's a corrosion bubble.
Compliments on the pic though, I wish everyone that had a question on a coin could provide a pic as good as yours.
