Not sure what type of error this is on my quarter.

I wanna say lamination but I'm very new to this coin collection stuff so I need help. Please someone help me out identifying this error. Thanks a bunch!

Appears to be PMD. And oh my, please don't hold a coin like that! Only by the edges! Your fingers have oils in the skin that damage the coin!

 

Lol actually, I didn't. I used a dime since its smaller.
