I know this one is real and I was glad to see it. This one only took a month and a half to get here and it was worth the wait. It goes nice next to the proof I received a few weeks ago.

    Enjoy...

    The collar

The collar gets thin around the middle-right side. Does anyone know if this is normal for this coin?

    From the Mint web site:

    Mint Facility: Philadelphia
    Weight: 26.730 grams nominal
    Diameter: 1.500 inches (+/- .003 inches)
    Composition: 90% silver, 10% copper

    Thanks :thumb:

It's normal for any coin - the coin is struck slightly off center. Careful examination will show you that it is not uncommon at all.

I guess it will not grade 70 then :smile not that I would ever get it slabbed.

Because that's how they chose to do it. In different years different mint facilities have been used to strike Proofs.
