The "3" is of the style for the 1810-1819 Curacao 3 reaal counterstamp. However, the overall counterstamp and host coin are atypical. They are generally within a circle or sunburst rather than a square, are not this crude, and are stamped on 1/4 or 1/5 cut segment of an 8 reales. Have never seen a genuine piece with the characteristics of yours.
