    The clip is minor and will not add much of a premium. Melt value + a buck or two for the clip.

    It doesn't look like a clip to me. It looks like some of the rim is skewed but still there. I think someone may have used a pair of nippers to remove a piece.

    Looks more like PMD, if it were a real clipped planchet, wouldn't there be some distortion of the letters opposite?

    I bought one of these a couple months back (45-P as well)! They are certainly interesting items and you don't see clipped war nickels all that often, but sadly they really don't hold much of a premium.
