1815/2 Capped Bust Half Dollar, YEAH BABY!!!

    Well Team, here it is. Tell me what you think, you know grade, cleaning (it had one), etc., the intangible stuff. :) This coin I've waited like four years to purchase/trade for an example, thinking the price would drop, alas, it didn't. :D I do want to thank Mr. Joe Garbarini for hooking me up with an individual one could deal with. Many thanks Joe.

    Another tricky coin, as far as the grade due to the weak strike. I personally could see it grading anywhere from an f-15 to a up to a 30. I personally would grade it a vf-20.

    Yes, vf20 is where I'd put it also. Very nice half Ben. Are you going for the entire date/mintmark set?

    Thanks for taking a look. Yes, now I've got the complete Date Set for the CBH 1807-1836 series. Since they were only minted in Philadelphia the mint-mark search was easy. The 460 or so different die-marriages is what has me focused now along with other members ;) here...
