This to me is a tricky one. It is nice and blasty, and the obverse looks relatively clean except for the nasty mark behind the hair, which is not in the prime focal area. The reverse is kind of scuzzy. I personally would grade the coin an , ms-63, but I think many people would also consider a 64 on this coin.

 

63 for the deep dig on the obverse.

 

I think ANACS said 64.

 

I don't think its higher than 63.

 

I call it MS63, but I bet ANACS gave it 64.

It's a shame about that big dig behind Lib's hair... seems like a good sharp strike.

 

I've got to go with an ms-63 just because of the mark over her eye, without that it'd go to a 64 in my book
