Is this a DDO? A few signs of Double Die. I think I do see a sign left of the bottom of the Philifephia mark of a second stamp. Looks like a major mint mark error. I wasn't sure it could've been one, because I don't see any on sale on Google shopping or on search or stuff like that. Also the P is very puffy. Not clear.
Maybe if you laid the coin down and then took the pic . Do you have a copy stand or cheap tripod to keep the camera steady ? It really helps to get a clear picture .
