Bill seeks commemorative reverses for Sacagawea $1 Coin design would change every year. New coinworld issue has article/ report of this bill going in front of the house!! The only other coin to have new reverses every year is the Plat eagle's proof. The article speaks of several reverse designs being aimed towards the collector base. It also mentions General Grant, Cherokee writting, and other famous Indian contributions. Edge incusion just like the Presidential coins...WOW!! I hope this goes through! What a nice series it would be "starting in "2009". What do you think? RickieB is what I think!!
IMHO, I would like to see them change that ugly obverse every year instead. The reverse is the only good thing about the Sac dollar.
myself i do not like the edge lettering but to change the reverses every would be a great collectible!and affordable in silver.
