This is the second Morgan purchase recently where the coin is a DPL, sits in a NGC no line fattie and has similar purple toning on the rims that bleed into the center of the coin. I simply love this look.

Ooh, that one's pretty Jello. I've been looking for a '79 Philly that I find attractive. I just saw one and you posted it....lol. Very nice. Luster looks amazing.

Jello, you might be right, but I think you've found a winner. From your pictures, I see a few light ticks on the cheek and a little chatter in the field between 2 and 3, but nothing too distracting. It looks like it has plenty of luster for the grade too. Nice pick up.

When I was about 13 (1970) My parents went on a company trip to Las Vegas. Being a smart ass I gave my Dad a 5 spot and told him to play a one armed bandit for me. He gave me the 5 back and his usual 'look' and left for the trip. Well when they returned he said they were in the lobby getting ready to leave and there was this old time "dollar" one armed bandit there. They still had three of the Sands casino dollars left over from the package trip. So he decided to play it for me. One coin play and he got a hit, one coin came out of the bandit. These were the souvenirs I got from their trip. I was pleased. IMG_0719.jpg IMG_0720.jpg IMG_0725.jpg

Many of my old post pictures disappeared because I rearranged them in my photobucket account. One of my favorite GSA's. I think it's properly graded even for a GSA.
