    Definitely UNC. Looks even better in hand. This is one of my favorite reverses on any coin, but the gorgeous engraving is lost quickly in lower grades.

    Is this mint mark inverted. PMD or way struck?

    Looks inverted to me, Angelo. Somebody grabbed the punch upside-down.

    Nothing special here, but if I find world silver at spot, I buy it...

    Indeed maybe inverted still hunting websites found one more but no one answered on a British coin site forum.

    Not at all rare like the pattern ruble that jello posted but I still like it;

    This piece has been through a bit of everything. Not bad for raw European circulation coinage. Grade would certainly end up with "Details".
