Definitely UNC. Looks even better in hand. This is one of my favorite reverses on any coin, but the gorgeous engraving is lost quickly in lower grades.
Here the what coin world said about the 1886 ruble. http://www.coinworld.com/insights/r...e-rejected-in-1886-leads-sincona-auctio.html#
Looks inverted to me, Angelo. Somebody grabbed the punch upside-down. Nothing special here, but if I find world silver at spot, I buy it...
Nice blue tone! Indeed maybe inverted still hunting websites found one more but no one answered on a British coin site forum.
This piece has been through a bit of everything. Not bad for raw European circulation coinage. Grade would certainly end up with "Details".
