Theodosius ?

    This Roman bronze coin weighs 4.84 g. I can read Theodosius on obverse but I cannot guess Whether it is Theodosius the First or the Second . Could please tell me and inform me about the reverse which seems interesting. Any value ? Thanks Thed O.jpg Thed R.jpg
