Wheat Penny with over stamp of Memorial

    The obverse appears to have a raised part of the Memorial, letters down the lapel and the reverse also has part of what appears to be the Memorial.

    There is absolutely no way to tell how it was caused, but it's been damaged after leaving the mint.
