Help identifying

    Hi collectors,

    I would really appreciate some help identifying this countermark.
    It´s an Italian 1967 10 centesimi coin ,struck with what seems to be two 7s .

    the 7s look to be stamped on the coin later to me.

    Hmm... the radical party was formed in 1877 (Partito Radicale) maybe just a guess.
