Nice price Bill. I didn't even look at Stack's auctions this week. I'm still hoping that one of the Legend coins falls into my lap. Funny thing, Stack's webiste works okay from my home PC, but when I'm wireless on a network, I have all kinds of problems.

Ater my latest Stack's wins, I received a survey from them. I responded and told them about their website issues. I wonder if they'll continue to work on it or just ignore.

So what exactly is rim filing? Seen it on slabs before but never actually knew what it was.

 

taking a file or similarity object and filing, sanding or smoothing something like a rim bump.

 

No my 20th c stuff is just junk slq barbers mercs etc in ag - vg I literally don't have anything remotely high grade other then a couple walkers and a 21 peace

 

This is literally the only franklin I own

 

Over the weekend I made a trade and upgraded my Barber half dollar set.

This is how the 20th portion of my type set looks we all know how the earlier coins look big difference other then these 2 coins and now the 09 vdb could use a little upgrading is kinda sad when your flowing hair dollar is in higher grade then any mercury dime or slq you own

Rarest FB/FT Roosie. Only 104 graded in all grades between PCGS and NGC. My 2nd one.

 

Picked up a few halves at the LCS last week.

 

I was looking for an AU bust quarter but came across that gorgeous VF+ coin instead and guess what... I couldn't wait any longer

 

Looks like she ran into a vampire at some point.
