1910 V Nickel - Grade?

    I'm at XF-40-45, thoughts? Only thing I'm not totally sure on are the spots on her cheek, are they just spots, or hits? My gut says spots. Overall I like the look of it.

    I'm more in the VF-25 range. It does have a nice original look.

    @Kirkuleez, what do you think brings it down that low? Or what do you think keeps it from grading higher?

    I'm in the 25-30 range also, spots , abrasion's etc. rim dings, heavy scratch above the V

    i would say VF-30 is the most likely grade !!

    I tend to be conservative as a raw coin buyer and suggest that as the price you should pay for it. The details would really put it around VF-35.
