Hello, Salutations fellow Roman History aficionados. This has been in the basement for forty years. Thought I would take some photos of it. Quite frankly I am getting older and this should go to a new home. Difficulty being I do not think it can be shipped. I also have no idea of value. It has been done very accurately and I have no idea who made it. I got it at an estate sale many years ago. Thought you might l8ke to see it. All comments will be appreciated. Rich
I agree, but if it were mine, I would have no place to display it either. I have about 1% of my coins in displays in my office, but no room for anything else. Of course, my books take up a significant amount of space as well.
That's cool. Finding the right buyer for it and a way to ship it carefully without breakage will be the tricky part. (Oh- PS, off-topic) I got the Hadrian denarius you sent in our swap, BTW. You should be seeing the Julia Mamaea and other trinkets I sent in return pretty soon. They were shipped the other day.
I would bet you would have plenty of interest. Where, in generalities, do you live? You might not have to ship it.
