Those stars and that date don't look right to me.

 

I think it's ok... Looks like gunk around the stars... Better pics would be needed to detect any tool marks from the higher end counterfeits so I can't say 100% that it's good.

 

hard to tell from those pics, but obverse might have been cleaned
