Looks like a AE Denarius of Marcus Aurelius as Caesar.

 

I think it looks real, but it is more than likely a ancient imitation.

 

I agree with Gil - it looks like an ancient imitation, an AE, or bronze denarius. The weight and diameter would be helpful.

 

A modern imitation from modern dies.
