How do you go about joining the I.B.N.S.,& are there any chapters of it located outside America? If there are any chapters, would you have to pay an extra fee to join them?

I am seriously thinking about joining up.

I tried the first web site and nothing. I then tried the second web site you mentioned and I saw a coin forum for many countries and no one is using it from all the 0's.
Are there really people out there? If so do they have coins just like us? :smile
Not sure about those letters either. Is I.B.N.S. the letters for Ill born Numismatic Seniors? :smile

Just Carl, the I.B.N.S. is the International Bank Note Society.

You may want to contact the IBNS then:
    http://www.ibns.it/

Don't collect notes myself, so I do not know anything about that society, but it seems to be a somewhat exclusive club ...

Anyway, go to their home page, click on "English", then "About us", and view the "Chapters Listing" (menu/box on the right) to find some chapter/s near you.
