First off I couldn't find a match on coppercoins site. It looks like a real doubled die to me. What say you?
Oh well. It has notching on the 3, extra thickness on the 8 with separation line on the 3, and 9. Notching on liliberty with doubling ne on th t and e in liberty. Faint doubling on the east of all letters of the motto. Most 1983 ddo's are more subtle than mine.
