I'm going up to Philadelphia for a few days. Can anyone suggest any must-see numismatic exhibits or coin dealers in the area that I should make sure to visit? I'm already planning on visiting the Mint.

That looks great. I've added it to my list, thanks.

As Peter said, the Philly Fed. As I recall, it's right across the street from the Mint, or at least in the area. When you go to the Fed you can give them paper money and they will exchange it for coins. I got the most beautiful Regular production Eisenhower dollar I've ever seen there. Also you can probably get a free bag of shredded currency. I got one from Chicago when I was at the ANA show in '13.

Also, as I recall, you can get a hand-out sheet listing local dealers at the Mint.

Sounds good. Do you know of any must see coin shops worth visiting (primarily for early quarters)? I'm not familiar with the dealers in that area and I'm likely only going to have time to visit one, maybe two on this trip.
