Does PCGS secure plus grading offer a higher level of quality and conservation?

It's funny, when I first saw that video I was praying he'd pick VG for the epic fail, it was close to his hand. Perhaps he did on one of the takes and said edited! LOLOLOL

 

I tend to concur with you, even that hand-held XRF looks like a toy. For working with mostly alloys, they should be using something with a stronger beam source.
