    I don't know, but those splotches make me think that it was glued into an album or something. I'm thinking it would get a details grade.

    That is tape residue on the back. Someone taped this into an album back in the day when this coin probably only cost a few bucks. Would probably get a details grade? Maybe a "conservation" would remove that tape but I don't know for sure. I'd say F-VF details.
