    AT stands for artificially toned.

Is it a good find? If your happy with it that is what matters.

I really wanted to get one for awhile. So I wanted my fist one to be a worthwhile one.

Buy a problem-free VF35 and you'll have a much nicer coin. Protection? Not required as your coin is heavily worn and cleaned...

A VF35 might be just two dollars more than what you paid. For starters, put it in a 2 x 2 holder or an airtite. The airtite would hold up and protect the coin better. It does cost more but it is your first Walker.

You paid too much, but that's okay.

Consider the coin part of the learning process.
You should only pay $8-9 for common date Walkers, in mid-grade circulated condition.
All the same, as others have said, if you're happy with the coin, that's all that matters.
