Hi I was going thru a roll of the new dollars and I came across this coin, I put it in a flip to protect it.
What do you think? It almost looks like a partial clip but not all the way thru. Opinion's please.

O.K. miterman, you ask for my opinion! Don't make the mistake of believing that a machining damage is a minting error. When going through the counting machine to make rolls, the machine can and have made identical marks that your coin shows. You have a damaged coin, in my opinion, sorry about that!:secret:

Miterman2003,you're better off spending it,as OldDan has said,it has been damaged in a machine. It isn't a genuine mint error.

Thanks for the replies, I guess I didn't think about the counting machine.

Next time take the picture before you put it in the 2X2, it will be much clearer.
