    I don't see any obvious signs of wear, but these are very common in high grades due to the fact that people saved them for silver. The toning is decent and could bring a dollar or two premium over melt on the bay.

    In the future, try to image the coins directly on and not on an angle. It is difficult to accurately grade while on that sort of angle. But I understand, my imaging skills are weak at best.

    Pictures aren't really good enough. Your picture makes me think it's been lightly circulated and harshly cleaned then toned. There looks to be lots of ligh scratches on the obverse and four deep ones on the reverse. Better pictures would help. Value would be about melt.
