Looks like a nice AU-58. I see slight wear on the hair just above the ear and on the leAves on the obverse.
AU 55 Looks like lots of luster breaks at 2 o'clock on the obverse. From the angle you took the photo it's tough to judge the contact marks. It does look like some wear on the obverse high points.
