    Probably ~ Buy the highest grade coin/currency you can afford when looking to buy a piece.

    The super low grade pieces will just dissapoint a buyer when you finally get your coin/currency in hand. :angelic:

    I agree with this advice and it stops me from buying middle of the road coins all the time. I just remind myself that I'd rather be patient and save a little for a coin I'll truly be happy with rather than get it NOW!

    The biggest thing I've learned is that if you want an honest answer, post your question or a good picture of your coin and you will receive well intentioned feedback. Sometimes it's hard to read or accept it, but if you choose to take it as constructive, than you'll further your numismatic education.
