Possible clipped kennedy half?

    Got this half dollar a few months ago, I was curious if it was a clipped coin or just pmd. Camera had trouble focusing inside the "clipped" area, so I was only able to get a close up of one side. Thanks for any help guys

    PMD. If it were a clip, the arc would be the same as the perimeter of an actual coin.

    Yep , PMD probably by someone with too much time on their hands . Chris is right , the clip would be the same as the coin it's on . Meaning if you took another Kennedy it would fit neatly into the clip . It would also have the Blakesly effect on the opposite side .
