That's because PCGS gets more MA toners. The QT toners go to NGC.

The Indian head was cleaned abrasively then artificially toned. The Lincoln is harder to tell but probably is AT if his other coins are. I try not to sell coins under 10 or 15 dollars because shipping is about two bucks for a bubble mailer, and that's what I use on ebay

Fandi colors his coins himself. I have a pm where he told me so. Buy if you like, but they *shouldnt* grade.

At a coin show I saw some ASEs that were absurdly toned, like almost neon rainbow colors. These were minted in the last few decades, so how else could they have toned this way if it weren't artificially done? They were in PCGS holders! I think it's perhaps shameful this TPG graded them, and personally I think anyone who spends more than bullion for them is foolish. I don't know what the asking price was, but they were next to expensive coins, so maybe they were several hundreds of dollars, maybe thousands!
