not sure someone told be before it some type tool damage

 

It doesn't look like denticles or blistering(It's 98% copper so I'm pretty sure it can't be that) to me. My guess would be something like die chips or other damage on the die itself since you found 8 like that - - Are they all identical?

 

yes all the same indentical

 

Possible failing of the chrome plating on the dies.

 

If identical I would go with furryfrog02.
