tiny little JFK gold coin

I have a very tiny gold JFK coin. Anyone know anything about it or what it might be worth?

Not a coin, a medal. Probably worth nothing.

 

I found a silver one asking $76. Figure a gold one would be more.

Looks like a medal privately made in Venezuela as part of 'Political Leaders of the World" series in 900 gold. They made it in various sizes, yours should be 13mm and 1.5 gram.

 

Found very few references for this item.
