    I agree. (40) this obverse was struck from extremely and diffusely rusted dies leading to poor details. However you can see some star centrils and the ribbon edges are well raised so I think xf is appropriate.

    Vf 30 I think they'll net grade the obverse and reverse man that was a rough obverse die!
