Whats this coin worth? may be roman coin

i dont know anything about coins the only reason i came to this forum is to see what this is i just want information on this coin... i watched my friend metal detect it with my own eyes it was deep and took him over 20 mins to dig it out of hardend clay i had it since 2005 and never thought of selling it i just want to know how much it is and some one said i want to sell it as fake but if i were to sell it some one would inspect the coin and see if its fake
