I just started to get into foreign coins and have been hitting my LCS foreign junk bin every time I go and today I scored my 4th silver coin for 20 cents :) (I think they fill a smaller bucket out of a larger bucket for me to go through as it varies every time)

Today's score was a George V 1929 six pence goes great with my George V 1920 Florin and George VI half crown I have found in my previous visits (also I got a Mexico 1994 10 Nuevos which is also silver)

Yea for a coin shop not knowing anything about foreign coins (thought I was going to get lucky with the Shilling I bought but it was a 1948)

I am rounding out some nice early 1900's UK coins I have pennys (large cents) for Victoria, Edward VII, George V, George VI and Elizabeth II and have half penny's for Edward VII and George VI. I am also doing some Canadian pennies just fun coins.

I mean at 20 cents each its been lots of fun and all the silver scores totally make it worth it.

I am a terrible photo taker though and I need to get a coin lamp for sure to take better photos.

I have always wanted to do a UK and Canadian type set after finishing my 7070, I got a great little start not spending a lot of money either. Just fun, wish I could find more crowns though for my Crowns of the world set still only found a 1965 Churchhill crown so far. I am going to get a jubilee crown off ebay next but decided my next coin purchase will be for my 7070 (down to 13 coins going to grab a bust half next).

Heck all the canadian quarters in the junk bin could probably be spent as a 25 cents in the US and net 5 cents profit haha
