If the reflectivity of the gold-colored trim on the ringbox is any indication, the coins appears rather washed out, as if cleaned with a paste. I think this is further reinforced by the dirt trapped in so many of the tight corners on the coin, and not present in the open fields at all. I'm not saying the coin can't grade at the TPGs, but I don't think it will.
