Again they do this to me. Arrrrrggghhhhhh! "We thought you didn't want the coins this week." What the *heck* were they thinking? Don't they *know* how much I look *forward* to each week????? (well, my life isn't *that* sad, but still...) Me: "Every week from now on until I tell you to stop." Them: "Oh... ok." (How that is any different than what I said just 2 weeks ago is beyond me. Last week I forgot to say, "Oh, and you'll be ordering me more boxes next week, right?" I've been getting them every week for almost the past *YEAR*. They usually leave me hanging on holidays, but I'm almost over that...)
Do you pay a fee for the bank to order rolls? If not, you are probably becoming a pain in the butt, and just creating more work for these people. You are probably not a top priority for this branch.
They are polite enough when I'm there. I realize they are providing me a "free" service. That's why I'm venting here instead of there.
Do you take your searched rolls back to the same branch you got them from? If so, then it would be easy enough at that time to tell them you would like more boxes then. This way you don't get all worked up for something that they feel is not that important, it really isn't, and everyone is happy.
It's their polite way of telling you you're not bringing them enough donuts, Doug, come on with the donuts!
Yea, when someone is providing you a service and not charging you for it, a little "bribe" doesn't hurt. Especially if it's always the same person you're dealing with at the bank, or the same couple of people. Flowers or chocolate might work too, try to feel out what they'd appreciate.
