Bob always takes fantastic photos. Beautiful date set to go into your album; I love how the above photo perfectly captures details while maintaining its glossy surface appearance.

image.jpg Within my modern date mint state Lincoln registry set I have a lot of coins with populations of 10 or fewer. People think this would be an easy task believing all modern coins in mint state should be high grade. On the proof side that is the case most of the time especially on the newer issue coins. Mint state coins can still be hard to come by in the top grade. NGC has graded 218 examples of this date with still a small percentage making MS68RD with 24 examples and this lone example at MS69RD. Thanks too robecsimages for the picture

Buying that quarter last weekend (zoomed images posted above) allowed me to complete a cherry-picked colorful 1961 Proof Set. All coins are PCGS graded: PR65, PR65, PR67, PR67, and PR66BN, respectively. All coin images are resized TrueView photos. I designed the black holder. It's interesting that the Jefferson Nickel and the Washington Quarter came out of the same OGP U.S. Mint cello pack which was bought by a member on another board named LabLover, who later sold all the coins in that set individually.
