Howdy, I have this 1979-D Washington 25c that is still in original mint cello looking to get some feedback on. First the top of rim on obverse (9-12) is missing clad and also shows cud. Also, the D mint mark appears to have another smaller D mint mark in middle that is tilted to the east, I didn't see this under loop or scan at first till I got a close up. Any thoughts? Thanks
