yes it could be, but to tell you the truth if you get the right lighting and zoom setting the iPad takes an ok picture.
Unfortunately, the photo issue is less the tool and more the technique. The 87 is nowhere remotely close to a 67, and for the 82, we're confronted by the same problem as before; the less than ideal images.
As for the 1884 S it has most definitely been harshly cleaned... The other 2 look to be low mint state... 62, 63 maybe... But it's impossible to tell from just those pics.
I could live with a TPG overgrading coins, but grading problem coins is a totally different story. How can that be good for business?
