NGC grades disappearing?

I sent off some silver dollars to get graded, earlier today the grades showed up. Now that I am home I tried looking them up and they don't exist anymore. The page where you can track your submission is blank now, earlier they were showing up when you verified them and again, they are not there now. This hasn't happened the previous times I've sent coins to NGC. This ever happen to anybody else?

Yes. It seems to happen quite often.
Just keep trying, it'll show up.

I do have to say this was the quickest time with them for me, ten business days.

How large a group and teir for a 10 day turn around if you dont mind me asking? my 5 coin group just shiped today...arrived on 6/23 on ecnomy teir..

 

I just renewed so it was the five free early birds. It was received on 7/17. The only grade i remember is the 1934 d peace dollar, i bought it for $23 and a few weeks later realized it was nice, it received a ms 61.
