The Blay coin.

 

The Blay coin image is large, but still a little fuzzy, making the doubling hard to tell if true DDO or MD , if I didn't already know.

I never thought I would ever pay attention to details of a penny. Zoom in for hubby to look ... I'm crazy.. not yeah right ... $ remember that penny I tried to show you.....

 

They are out there. Wasn't long ago that a gentleman not far from me found one.. it ended up being the Top Dog for the 69-S and was sold through auction for $127,000. I have seen two others found in the past few years that have not made it to the public as well. (they are both lower grade than Mikes was though)

I am pretty sure, no, I would say, I am confident that after you have been looking at the coin for 9 months its not going to become a DDO 1969-S cent you were looking for.
