I checked a few sites for this year and they don't have anything listed for this year and mm. If you are see a little bit of the lips and chin just around the outside... from the pictures I am looking at my guess is that it may be a bit of MD going on or Die Deterioration. From the shots it looks to be flat. I would wait for the other guys before putting it away:)

Been trying to think of the other possibility but I am not versed on it to well, but maybe Clash. I do see the image of the eye, face all the way around down to the neck. I was wondering if you saw anything on the MM BTW? Anyway like you, I will be waiting to see what the experts say. Gd luck!

Evening briboy, will take better pics in the morning, but am a bit perplexed..:-/
I couldn't find anything inthat year either so: emailed Charles daughtry of coppercoins his response was " all I see is a normal 1974s cent worth a cent" .:-(
So emailed Fred Weinberg and his response was machine doubling / ejection.
I can see especially the lip line of the mouth / chin.. Doubling or for a better description" Chelsea smile" hope you can see what I can.:)

Hey, I was thinking MD but as I looked up Clash error I was going to stick with that......I do see what you are seeing, but I would go with them or see if anyone else responds in here.
What are their emails BTW, both would be appreciated, I couldn't find the one at the copper coins site.

Evening mate , don't think it's wise to put personal email on forums. But go to coppercoins and they do have a " contact us" on the top heading. That's how I got in touch. Same ad Fred's. Can u take a look at Indian gem I posted on coin chat . Opinion would be great.
If you don't see any postings from frog eye 73 . I've changed it to tommo73. Cheers
