Also could you give me the value of a 1989 american eagle 1/10 gold roman numeral BU condition coin?

 

The 1/10th coin, is the one with the denomination of 5 dollars isn't it?? I think thats worth about $85.

 

The best thing to do is do a search on completed items. Most PCGS MS63 1881-S go from $35 and up.

The 1881-S Morgan dollar isn't worth over $50 IMHO---it is easy to find in high grades---MS64+....The Red Book isn't a good place to get values.

The 1881-S is one of the most common Morgans in high grade. You can easily find 64s and even 65s. I would only pay $35-$45 for it.

 

it looks to me as on the pcgs coin value web site that a 1881-s is worth $46.00.. so now you have to think of the wholesale price... most i would pay would be 35.00, but one nice thing u did get... it is certified pcgs! hold on to it for a year and you might make 50.00 on it
