It's certainly nice. However, it's an '81-S. There are a gazillion nicely toned '81-S's out there. Another one will come into your sights at some point in the future...

What?!!! There is too much wear in her hair to justify an MS grade.

Yeah, I was shocked when he said MS myself. Only if this is a bad pic due to lighting or toning could I see MS, unless they are saying its a soft strike. :(

I don't think I've ever seen an 81-S that doesn't have a razor sharp strike, but maybe this one qualifies.

The Obv toning is yummy. The Rev three hits between "one" and "dollar" are significant, though.

Soft strike, my butt! The 81-S had one of the best strikes in the series.

Just trying to postulate why a TPG graded it that way sir, since I see exactly what you see.

Sorry! Not trying to demean you......just the supposed grade. I can only assume that the OP confused it's grade with that of another coin. There is no way in Siberia that it should be a 64.

Nope - I check their site regularly and I believe it was a 64. What I did not like was the splotching toning. What I also did not like was some of the small green flecks you see in the hair. I won't argue the grade, but based off the pictures I would agree it would be a little over-graded.
