How much does it affect the value of ICCS graded 1948 MS60 quarter if it is cleaned? I think normally it would value about 70.00 if not cleaned.

depends on how badly cleaned in my opinion. Does it still look decent, or is it polished?

    doug444 STAMPS and POSTCARDS too!

The blotch in front of the King's face, and the unremoved dirt between the denticles, in my opinion, make this coin unattractive at anything but a giveaway price. I'd have expected more hair detail on an uncirculated, too; the whole coin is flat.

I'd pass if 3 out of 4 say Pass. I'm no expert on Canada. But you can see the problems I described, first-hand.

There's some stuff going on the jaw, earlobe and neck to go along with what doug444 said.
