I started collecting Silver Pandas, and always buy from APMEX. As time goes by, I am looking for rarer Pandas, and I am wondering where else I can buy Pandas without the worry of counterfeiting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!!!
Saw this earlier today and since I don't collect Panda's, I passed on commenting. However, I see jwitten left a very sarcastic, albeit funny response, so I thought I would spend a moment to help out the new member. 1st: Welcome to CT. Hope you stick around and try to learn rather than a one and done approach. 2nd: There are many reputable dealers of bullion coins. I like APMEX for their variety, customer service, reputation and security, but they do tend to be a little high priced. There are other bullion dealers like MCM (Modern Coin Mart), Silvertowne, JM Bullion and a few others that I have done some business with, just not Panda's. I would try buying a Coin World magazine a browse through the adverts. Then post some questions in the Bullion Investing Forum. You should get a specific answer to your question. It will also depend on whether you are buying raw, graded or MS/PF 70 coins. Hope that helps a little.
Welcome aboard. Not sure they have what you're looking for but Provident Metals has a few Pandas. Sometimes a little slow in shipping, but Provident has been very reputable.
